Refund & Returns Policy

Last updated: September 12, 2026

Glendon Edu provides study-abroad consultancy services, including university applications, scholarship guidance, and visa processing support. Because our services involve professional work performed on your behalf often submitted to third parties such as universities and embassies refund eligibility differs from a typical product purchase. This policy explains what is and isn’t refundable, and how to request a refund where one applies.

1. Overview

When you engage Glendon Edu, you are paying for professional advisory and processing services — not a physical product. Once work has begun on your file (research, document review, application drafting, or submission to a university or embassy), a portion of the value has already been delivered and is not refundable, even if the final outcome (admission, scholarship or visa) is not what you hoped for.

2. Our Service Fees

Our fees generally fall into the following categories:

Fee TypeDescription
Consultation FeeCharged for initial profile assessment and guidance sessions
Application Service FeeCovers university shortlisting, document preparation and application submission
Visa Processing FeeCovers document review, form preparation and visa application support
Third-Party/Government FeesUniversity application fees, embassy fees, test registration fees — paid directly to the relevant authority
Our service fees are separate from third-party and government fees, which are addressed in Section 3.

3. Non-Refundable Charges

Please note: Fees paid directly to universities, embassies, testing bodies (such as IELTS/TOEFL) or any other third party are non-refundable by Glendon Edu under any circumstances, as we do not control or hold these funds. Any refund for such fees must be requested directly from the receiving institution.

In addition, the following are non-refundable once work has commenced:
  • Consultation fees, once the consultation session has taken place
  • The portion of the service fee corresponding to work already completed (e.g. document review, application drafting, submission)
  • Service fees where an application or visa has already been submitted to a university or embassy on your behalf
  • Fees for services that were successfully delivered as described, regardless of the final decision made by a university, scholarship body or embassy

4. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund of our service fee in the following situations:
  • Before work has started: If you cancel within 48 hours of payment and before any counselling session, document review or application work has begun, you are eligible for a full refund of the service fee.
  • Service not delivered: If Glendon Edu is unable to deliver the agreed service (for example, due to an internal error or an unreasonable delay on our part), you are eligible for a refund of the unused portion of the fee.
  • Partial work completed: If you cancel after some work has begun but before submission to a university or embassy, a partial refund may be issued, minus the value of work already completed.
Refunds are not available once an application or visa file has been submitted to a third party, regardless of the eventual outcome.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:
  • Your full name and the service you paid for
  • Date of payment and payment method used
  • Reason for the refund request
Send your request to info@glendonedu.com or call +8809658111222. We will review your request against the eligibility conditions in Section 4 and respond with our decision.

6. Processing Timeline

Once a refund request is approved, we aim to process it within 10–15 business days. Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original payment, where possible. Please note that bank or payment processing times are outside our control and may add a few additional business days before the funds appear in your account.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel our services at any time by notifying us in writing. Cancellation does not automatically guarantee a refund eligibility is assessed according to Section 4 based on how much work has been completed at the time of cancellation. Any third-party or government fees already paid on your behalf remain the responsibility of that third party, as described in Section 3.

8. Disputes & Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, we ask that you contact us directly first so we can review your case and reach a fair resolution. Initiating a bank chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution, as we will need to respond with evidence of the services delivered on your file.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Returns Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for operational and legal reasons. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when this policy was last revised. Charges already agreed under a previous version of this policy will continue to be handled under the terms that applied at the time of payment.
